Manufacturing Operations Intern
Developed process improvements across manufacturing quality, inspection automation, production reporting, documentation, and digital systems in a plastic bottle manufacturing environment.
- Automated measurement transfer for First Article inspection reporting.
- Created a setup-inspection tracking system for dimensional and process data.
- Redesigned production reporting and consolidated information across three shifts.
- Moved production reporting into Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Developed and standardized operational documentation.
Research Assistant
Contributed to collaborative atmospheric chemistry research in Dr. Ying-Hsuan Lin's laboratory investigating reactive oxygen species produced by organoselenium-derived secondary organic aerosols.
- Participated in EPR, TEMPONE-H, DCFH2, and atmospheric chamber experiments.
- Investigated hydroxyl-radical formation in organoselenium-derived aerosols.
- Developed science-fair papers, posters, and presentations using data from the project.
- Presented at Riverside Unified School District, Riverside County, and California state science fairs in 2024 and 2025.
- Listed as a coauthor on a 2026 Environmental Science & Technology publication.
Eagle Scout Service Project Lead
Led the fundraising, design coordination, fabrication, volunteer effort, and installation of a standardized flightline signage system for the March Field Air Museum.
- Led production of 150 standardized flightline sign systems.
- Raised approximately $35,000 in monetary and in-kind support.
- Coordinated approximately 882 total project hours.
- Managed fabrication and installation involving roughly 32,000 pounds of concrete.
- Created a repeatable system and documentation for future museum expansion.
